A highly motivated Early Childhood Educator with an extensive knowledge of early years development, I have the skills needed to deliver quality provision. During my experience years in teaching, I have developed and implemented age-appropriate lesson plans, incorporating the Early Years Foundation Stage. I have a solid understanding of early childhood development and utilize play-based learning techniques to foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children. Moreover, I am adept at using observations and assessment tools to evaluate children’s progress and maintain open communications channels with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
I possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, which enables me to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. I am patient, empathetic and a compassionate teacher who values the unique qualities of each child and strives to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. My ability to create lesson plans that are creative, interactive, and aligned with the EYFS curriculum contributes to the holistic development of the children under my care.
