My passion for my work originates from the enjoyment I get from working within a team to accomplish a goal. There is nothing more exciting and rewarding for me than being dedicated to my role. Whether that is ensuring I deliver with organization as my top priority, with great communication within my team, while ensuring customers/students receive a first-class training experience, I cannot stress how much I enjoy playing my part in this.

I believe the skills I have gained from my roles demonstrate my commitment to excellence. I am trained in the project management method PRINCE2 and I apply the fundamental skills across projects that sees me recognized as a valued team member.

Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator - The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust

I currently work for The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust as an Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator; I am a member of the Diabetics team within the Ophthalmology department. For my role I work within a team which is responsible for handling all the administrative duties that are required to facilitate a smooth patient pathway from referral to discharge.

I was engaged to work within the LCS project management team on a series of freelance online expansion projects utilizing my key project management skills as per my previous role with LCS from August 2022 to August 2022.

I worked within the product development team. I assisted the Product Manager in the creation of new courses and updating current courses including download materials. My role included quality reviewing all course materials including PowerPoint trainer slides and organizing the files system using Huddle to deliver the finished courses.

Junior Project Manager - The London College of Style - London

I worked within the project management team reporting to the Director and liaising with writers and graphic designers on content and imagery deliverables for new release/updates for Online and London courses. I worked collaboratively within the team to publish new courses, update, and maintain quality control across content on the Online Learn Dash system. I created and updated the student and tutor accounts.

I worked closely with the Sales & Marketing team too as the point of contact to ensure student tech, course content queries and noted errors, were updated on same day or within 24 hr deadline. These were shared to the tech team using Asana.

Working within the warehouse team I reported to the Warehouse Manager to begin picking the stock from the warehouse using a picking sheet, collect the stock and build it on to pallets and wrap the pallets ready for delivery.

Personal Trainer & Nutritionist - High Five Health Promotion Limited for Bupa - Staines, Berkshire

I worked alone and within a team to design and deliver fitness classes, and personal training sessions for the Bupa team including Directors. I also created personalized programs and nutrition seminars for the employees for several top-level corporations with my accounts including Bupa, Sky, O2, Symantec and KPMG.
