Masters educated, Sport Scientist (physiology) by training and worked in elite sport for the first part of my career. My role involved educating, monitoring, observing and training individual elite athletes and teams.
I owned a business for 16 years focussing on delivering health promotion services within businesses and education services to private clients.
I now coach gymnastics to 3-18 year olds and run an Etsy shop.
I am a mum to 3 neurodivergent children which has led to me developing a broad knowledge base in this area.
