I am a qualified Education Welfare Officer, receiving my qualification in Learning, and Development and Support Services Level 4 in 2008. I have worked in an Education Welfare role for 19 years, since 2004. My previous experience also includes working in the confidential reports section JHQ Germany for the British Army. I have a passion for roles that support people to access the services they require. In my daily role I problem solve and signpost to other professional that can support individuals.
