I am a highly motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Team Leader within the motor insurance industry with a strong claims background (20 years) and two years’ experience within the Quality, Audit and Compliance sector. During my career I have demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and management skills (recognised by the Senior Leadership team) and have a proven track record for motivating and driving a team of agents to achieve/exceed set departmental targets. I’m passionate about sharing my expertise and knowledge gained during my career with my team, to inspire others and I thrive in a technical environment where I can enhance my current skills and coach and develop team members to excel within their roles.
