Responsible for rolling out Concur Expense globally, providing hyper-care and support. Responsible for end to end implementation of Concur starting from creating employee groups, policies, workflows- Cost Object approvals, feature hierarchy based on client requirements, VAT, audit rules etc.
Pay – Global and provided support in testing and end user training. Worked with the SuccessFactors team to integrate Employee data from SuccessFactors to Concur using SuccessFactors Integration Center and via middleware CPI. Implemented P-Cards and Credit Card with different card providers.

Part of UAT and System testing and making sure the expense reports passes through the middleware and posted in ERP without any issues.
