I work at the intersection of learning science, technology platforms, and product design. My background is in designing and scaling learning systems rather than standalone courses — building the underlying frameworks, skill models, feedback mechanisms, and measurement approaches that enable people to develop real capability at scale.
Most recently, I led the redesign of large-scale seller education systems at TikTok Shop, embedding learning logic into platform journeys and enablement flows used by hundreds of thousands of sellers. Previously, I built learning infrastructure and pedagogical frameworks across a portfolio of tech companies at Blenheim Chalcot, and earlier in my career led large-scale learning system design and pedagogical change within higher education.
I’m particularly interested in roles focused on learning systems, education products, and AI-enabled learning environments — where pedagogy, data, and product development come together to create adaptive, high-impact learning experiences.
I work at the intersection of learning science, technology platforms, and product design, with a focus on building scalable learning systems rather than standalone courses or programmes. My experience centres on translating pedagogy into structured learning logic — including capability frameworks, skill models, learning journeys, feedback mechanisms, and measurement approaches — that enable people to build real, transferable capability at scale.
Most recently, I led the redesign of TikTok Shop’s seller education systems, embedding learning logic into platform journeys and enablement flows used by hundreds of thousands of sellers. This work involved defining skill architectures, building diagnostics and benchmarking frameworks, partnering closely with product, data, and design teams, and using behavioural data to iterate learning experiences. Previously, I designed learning infrastructure and pedagogical frameworks across a portfolio of high-growth tech companies at Blenheim Chalcot, and earlier in my career led large-scale learning system design and pedagogical change within higher education.

My educational background is grounded in adult learning science, cognition, and applied pedagogy, with a strong emphasis on how people develop skills in real-world contexts. I completed one year of doctoral study (EdD) at University College London, focusing on learning science and educational research methods. I also hold an MA in Applied Linguistics and TESOL from King’s College London (Merit), which explored adult learning, assessment, and the relationship between language, technology, and learning, including a dissertation spanning linguistics, computer science, and philosophy.
Alongside this, I hold advanced Cambridge-certified teaching and pedagogy qualifications (DELTA Level 7 and CELTA Level 5), which provided rigorous training in instructional design, experiential learning, feedback systems, and evaluation. Together, my education underpins a practice that combines learning theory with system design, research literacy, and the ability to operationalise pedagogy inside modern technology environments.
