I am currently immersed in my MSC in International Sports Management (Whilst in full time employment), I've had the opportunity to dive into fascinating assignments that directly relate to the dynamic challenges faced by modern football clubs. In one assignment, I explored ways to deepen fan engagement, drawing on my love for the game and a desire to create memorable experiences for supporters. Using Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club
(BHAFC) as a case study, I uncovered innovative strategies that resonate with fans on a deeper level, creating a sense of belonging and loyalty.
Another assignment saw me exploring into the globalization of football clubs, once again using BHAFC as a case study. It was a journey of discovery, where I explored the balance between expanding a club's global reach while staying true to its roots. Through research and analysis, I developed strategic recommendations that honoured BHAFC's identity while opening new doors on the international stage.
Beyond the classroom, my passion for sports has led me to actively participate in community initiatives and sporting events. These experiences have not only honed my skills in event coordination and marketing but have also reinforced my belief in the power of sports to unite people from all walks of life.
