I am a young, motivated individual with work experience as a part-time employee. I am a quick learner who can pay attention to instructions and carry out work accurately and precisely. Good basic working knowledge of the range of products, parts, and accessories necessary to carry out various jobs where required.

A full UK driving license can drive to different locations if needed. I can confidently use MS Office suits, excellent team player, and a good communicator with strong problem-solving skills. March 2023 to June 2024 Assistant administrator for Sammy Car Auto ● During my time at Sammy Car Auto I had a handful of responsibilities such as Organizing and storing information in paper and digital formats, such as documents, computer-based information, and updating records. ● Answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, and liaising with staff ● Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments, ● Working with Sammy Car Auto made me improve my customer service, time management, and organisationall skills immensely.

July 2020 to January 2023 Assistant /administration for King Dry Cleaners ● Collecting payments, helping drivers locate deliveries via satnav, informing customers of prices and discounts the company offers, and writing the accounts after each delivery run for example money collected online or cash. ● Had the responsibility to answer any email enquiries and calls with customers. As I was a design major I made leaflets and promotional posters to help promote the dry cleaners. ● Working in the family-run Dry cleaners, my responsibilities included operating a high-speed shirt machine, daily start-up and monitoring of machines, final touch-up of garments, packing of garments and shutdown, and lubricating machines. ● I also moonlighted on many occasions as a driver's helper which involved loading and unloading the van, and delivering merchandise to customer
