Hi, I am highly skilled result driven experienced in Business Curriculum along with a proven track record of effectiveness of handling teams and performance within the business area in order meet the needs of a wide range of students and stakeholders.

At my current job, I demonstrated great leadership and management skills by taking responsibilities of all the groups to oversee their performance and get them through the last academic year. I thrive on a tight deadline and high expectations on deliverables. Take immediate steps to resolve the issues shows strength and character of a leadership skills. I planned and prioritised based on the assessments and worked my way through.

As a result, the Business School achieved 100% pass with improved attendance to 87% overall compared to other faculties with highest 80%. This shows my resilience through one to one coaching, group delivery and making them responsible for their own action. On top of that 65% students progressed to university to study business.

I believe that effective communication is key to building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am a good listener, and I am adept at communicating clearly and concisely, which has proven valuable in my work. A Business degree with specialisation in Finance and Accounting has equipped me to use the metrics systems to be able to measure the performance or the progression by collecting the facts and numbers to analyse the data trend to help make clear decisions.
