I am mother to two young children who currently works part time in a busy supermarket. My current role is fast paced and sometimes involves running the department alone. I have worked for the same company for 12 years, gaining much experience in handling challenging situations.

Prior to my current role, I have worked in administration, customer service as well as successfully completing a degree in dietetics.

I have qualifications to undergraduate level and am keen to use my customer service skills and experience in an educational setting.

I am a very sociable individual who enjoys working with others and have always enjoyed job roles providing help and support to those who need it.

I have 12 years experience in a fast paced supermarket setting. I am responsible for handling cash, picking customer deliveries, resolving complaints and closing the cashier areas in the evening.

Prior to this, I have worked in various customer facing roles and also have administrative experience.
