NHS Band 6 looking to complete Trainee ACP role
Community Nurse as a Band 6 Team Leader working in the community for 20yrs alongside the multidisciplinary team in our area. I have responsibilities such as a caseload holder, sickness, educating new staff and students and patients, I have a wide range of abilities such as cannulation, phlebotomy, wound care, compression bandages, VAC, pleurX/rocket drains, working within intensive support, manga training, pressure care, palliative patients, end of life, GSF meeting, continence care, listener, advice giver, supportive, to colleagues, patients and relatives.
