I have over 19 years experience in HR and I’m looking for a new challenge where I can make a difference and develop others along the way.
People manager who has been involved in many change projects, policy development and improvement. Training and development in HRIS and employee relations subjects. As main contact for case escalations to ACAS and ET submissions I have dealt with these professionals and proactively to ensure risk to the business are minimal.
Having line managed a team of 8 I enjoy supporting the development of others. I currently partner the leadership team to suppo business changes, succession planning and talent.
A degree in Human Resources and a desire to complete my CIPD experience assessment.
