SaranMD Hr

I am a motivated MBA HR graduate with knowledge in recruitment, training, and employee relations. I have good problem-solving and communication skills, and I am eager to apply my knowledge in a professional environment while continuously learning and growing.

During my four HR internships, I was involved in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding. I also supported HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, improving my ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities effectively.
