Heating Sales Advisor - Limegreen

This role was exactly as my previous role at British Gas where I would visit customers in their homes to survey their Central Heating. I would provide a solution which would generally involve a New Boiler and Radiators etc. I would book the customer in on the day and ensure things run smoothly for the customer/engineers during installation.
At present I am currently converting at just over 50% of my leads which there are between 50/60 per month. On the back of my high conversion the company has had to recruit new Engineers as the Sales has more than doubled since I have been with the company.

The role involved visiting customers in their homes regarding their online enquiry into Funeral Plans / Wills and Estate Planning. I would do a short presentation and provide a solution for the customers needs. I would then oversee that everything went smoothly for the customer and ensured they received their correct paperwork and understood it. The company expectations were 55% Conversion. I would consistently achieve in excess of 70%.
Heating Sales Advisor - British Gas

The role consists of giving residential customers best advice on making their central heating system more energy efficient. The outcome will depend on assessment and a plan is drawn up for the customers. I would personally spec up the work required and book in their installation and ensure the whole process runs smoothly for the customer.
Through these assessments I generated on average over 450 New Boiler Sales per year. There is also additional products and services that might be recommended in the process, depending on the customer needs. A normal day consists of 4/5 appointments with 2 hour slots from 9-11, 11-1pm, 1-3pm and 3-5pm.

The role consisted of cold calling on new customers in their home and presenting the benefits of Sky TV.
