I have extensive experience overseeing the Employment and Enterprise Departments for East London’s leading provider of supported employment, education, and enterprise services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. With years over 15 in this sector, I am passionate about creating pathways to employment and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Each year, my departments deliver vocational higher education training programs and Employment Support and Advice to over 150 young people and adults, supporting their transition into meaningful employment. I also manage JET’s social enterprises, which provide vital stepping stones into mainstream work.

In addition to this, I specialize in access and inclusion consultancy for major events, festivals, and productions. My work includes advising on and enhancing the accessibility and inclusivity of high-profile events such as the Gold Award-winning BST Hyde Park and All Points East Festivals.

Notably, I have worked at prestigious Royal events, including supporting accessibility efforts during the Invictus Games, Queen's Funeral and the King’s Coronation Concert for the BBC I have additionally consulted on Paralympic and Olympic Anniversary games Stratford. On such occasions, I act as a Customer Service disability specialist and consultant, ensuring exceptional accessibility and inclusivity both during the planning phases and on the event days.
