Scott Ramsay

I have over 20 years experience managing teams in an operational capacity. Most recently 8 years at Fife Council as Team Manager, responsible for over 100 employees. Previous to that I was general manager for a large waste management company, overseeing all business needs. I am a highly motivated individual who excels in team building and motivating. Commercially driven with a proven track record of growing commercial activities.

Over 20 years in operational management, 6 years as operations manager, 8 years as general manager and a further 8 years as team manager. Experienced at building and leading large teams, dedicated to motivating and creating positive work environments. Also experienced in building relationships with key accounts to maximise commercial growth.

I have limited academic qualifications, other than IOSH managing health & safety. I starting working from an early age, demonstrating a will to learn and progress.
