• Duties involved breaking down large grocery deliveries, stocking shelves, managing stock inventory, implementing new shelving layouts, tidying the shop, organising the backroom, assisting customers/colleagues, and taking customer phone calls/complaints when necessary.
• As a duty manager I was responsible for running the store during non-trade hours and locking up at the store.
