Following the acquisition of WEC(UK) Ltd, led the management and delivery of the Airbus Fuel Design Office account on behalf of Alten, whilst simultaneously leading the post M&A integration of WEC project management and quality processes into the Alten Delivery
Framework (ADF). Integration of tools, processes, infrastructure, as well as culture.

Managed delivery of a programme of engineering for the Airbus Fuel Design Office in the UK. At its peak, this programme required a multidisciplinary team of 70 experienced engineering consultants to work on safety critical projects across the Airbus fleet. Operationally, the role encompassed business development, client management, project and risk management, line management, procurement/supply chain management,
company-wide resource allocation and operational signatory; delegating for the Operations Director. Inherently, a focus on reacting positively to rapidly changing environments was a key skill in this complex arena. Strategically enhanced delivery framework in accordance with an accredited improvement culture (AS9100 Rev D/ISO 9001), ensuring that services, processes and procedures were lean and centred around high performance principles.

Performed project management as Group / Work Stream Leader of Airbus in-service support tasks. Led multiple teams within this perimeter, focusing on delivery within scope, schedule and customer expectations. Delivered fluid and mechanical systems integration activities across the full design V-cycle for a variety of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), across a wide range of aircraft platforms. A broad range of activities were completed in accordance with ARP4754. Emphasis was given to delivering value for Client stakeholders and building on an ethos of high integrity engineering practices.
