In my capacity as a Senior Manager, I have successfully led the Resource Management function within the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence at Computacenter UK Ltd. With a proven track record in senior management, particularly in my current role as Enablement Manager, I bring a unique blend of leadership, influence, and collaboration skills that align seamlessly with the requirements of Diversity & Inclusion roles.

Furthermore, my current secondment at a large corporate financial institution as a Diversity Programme Consultant reflects my versatility and strategic mindset. Collaborating on their Supply Chain Diversity Programme, I have demonstrated a keen understanding of complex organizational structures and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership to influence and implement impactful strategies.

One of my key strengths lies in my influence and networking capabilities. As an effective lead, I have built a robust network of contacts across industries. This extensive network serves as an asset in this role, fostering cross-industry collaboration and providing access to diverse perspectives.

I have a BA in Travel and Tourism, however I have implemented and taken various courses e.g. Leadership, Management and Diversity and Inclusion courses.
