I am a reliable, highly motivated, hardworking individual who works well independently as well as in a team, with excellent communication skills and easily builds rapport with people. Target driven and easily adaptable to the working environment, be it slow or fast paced. From my experience as a Cadet Warrant Officer (Royal Air Force Air Cadet Organisation), and now a commissioned pilot officer, I have gained and developed good leadership skills which have had an impact on myself as well as others.

Being a quick learner has helped me succeed in reaching my goals and has helped others reach theirs. Being able to speak Punjabi has also helped in many aspects of life, allowing me to communicate with a wider range of people.
