I am currently working as a team lead and health and safety lead in a residential care setting holding NVQ level 5 qualification in leadership and a management in children's residential care.
I have been working with teams, managing day to day operations for 2 bed residential home and supporting with training and supervision. I have supported young adults with learning disabilities and behavioural challenges. I have worked well with families and attending meeting with external staff as required.
NVQ Level 5 diploma in leadership and management for residential child care
