Shane O'Connell

I am an enthusiastic and detail-oriented biomedical engineering graduate from the university of Surrey. I have a strong academic background and practical experience in software testing. I am seeking a challenging role in the biomedical engineering field to apply my knowledge, skills, and passion for healthcare technology.

I have had multiple summer jobs at Cygnus Prime where I conducted user testing for a desktop intellectual property management application. I assessed software bugs and documented my testing procedure before collaborating with the development team to enhance software usability.

I have also worked for Chawton innovation services as a software tester. Here I supported an E-learning project on intellectual property by creating and reviewing existing PowerPoint slide sets for presentations.

I graduated from the University of Surrey by the summer of 2023 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering.
