Seeking employment with in the public health sector
I am motivated and compassionate with over 10 years of experience in health and social care, supporting individuals across the lifespan. This includes children, adults, and older people with various needs such as autism spectrum disorders, complex mental health conditions and substance misuse. My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Health and Wellbeing from the University of Greenwich. In addition diplomas in health and social care from level 1 - level 3 extended.
Within my current employment I work as a Community Engagement Practitioner at Hestia which is embedded within a nhs mental health community team. This involves providing person-centred support within the hospital its self and the wider community.
