I’m currently looking for work in Admin. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of working with various departments, including the Volunteers Service and Trust Bank Department, within the hospital. These roles have provided me with valuable exposure to office and team-based work environments, where I have successfully contributed to the seamless operation of daily tasks.
My responsibilities in these roles included efficiently booking bank shifts and agency shifts for nursing and administrative staff, demonstrating my organizational skills and attention to detail. I am adept at handling phone calls and inquiries, as well as greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy. My general administrative experience encompasses tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing, along with managing the request and distribution of ID badges and forms.
Additionally, I have been actively involved in maintaining office supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and functional workspace.
One of the highlights of my experience has been working with IT programs such as Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Photoshop. I am confident in my ability to utilise these tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance productivity within the workplace.
With my recent experience within Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust Hospital, I have developed a diverse skills.

My most recent qualification was a Bachelors in Food and Nutrition which was completed in 2022 at University College Birmingham.
