I am 25years old, and looking to change my job. I have been in early years childcare for just under eight years, and now looking for something a little different. I'm loving, caring, kind, honest, bubbly person that will give a 110 % at anything! I do struggle, I’ve got ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia so sometime need a bit of extra support, but will all way try my best.
I’ve been working at busy bees for just over 7 year and I am still currently working here. I work in the pre school (3-4 year olds) but also have worked in every room .with in my job I have to plan activities for each individual child so they can meet there needs. I am quite confident on using iPads to the observations of the kids, but will need a little extra support form time to time.
I have a great relationship with the parents and fine it’s easier to talk to them if and when needed. From time to time I will answer the phone and book in settles when needed . I got along with all staff and I work well in a team and also by myself.
