My name is Shaun, I am 32 years old. I have been a chef for a little over 14 years, it has been my passion for my entire career. I had to take a break from the kitchen due to coronavirus and the wage bracket not being sufficient at the time. I am now looking to step back into the kitchen and fill the void in my life once again which is my passion to cook.
I have worked in numerous establishment, ranging from cafes to a 3* Michelin restaurant. I have gained a lot of valuable experience along the way. My job rolls in The kitchen have ranged from commis chef all the way to head chef so I am no stranger to hard work or a challenge.
I have gained valuable education/qualifications from the college which are:
VRQ Level 1 in professional cookery
VRQ Level 2 in professional cookery
NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery
NVQ level 1 in professional bakery.
