As a Health Care Assistant, my primary responsibility is to provide compassionate and essential care to individuals in healthcare settings. I work closely with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of those under our care.

Some of my key duties include: Personal Care: Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting ,Monitoring Vital Signs: Regularly checking and recording vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.

Medication Assistance: Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and keeping accurate records ,Mobility Support: Helping patients with mobility issues, including transferring them from beds to chairs and providing assistance with walking or using mobility aids.

I have extensive professional experience in the healthcare field, with a track record of working across a wide range of social care settings. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable insights and skills from diverse environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and community care programs. This diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges that patients and clients face across various social care settings.

I have consistently applied my expertise to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals and their families in these diverse contexts.

I have a diploma in higher education, Am currently a student nurse pursuing BSc Adult nursing, i have also completed the care certificate.
