I am passionate in Risk and Control. I have worked for Santander for over 18 years a Branch Director. I managed the overal Risk of the branch ensuring my team is compliant and in line with the FSA checking and testing staff knowledge as well as their work.

Managing, Assessing, Mitigating and Reporting Risk. I am also involved in working with stakeholders within the bank to devise a strategy and support the implementation of new Risks to protect the bank and the customers. I have excellent communication, management skills and attention to detail.

I have 18 years experience in Banking. I have managed 2 branches with a circa of 15 people. I manage day to day activities wich vary from planning team day by individuals, rota management, coaching the team in upskilling them on Risk, customer service and ensuring they are compliant. Supporting the wide team in Risk ensuring all the other managers are on board with the implementation and fully understand what the requirements are.

Worked for Santander for 18 years in different positions managed branch for over 10 years.
