My name is sienna barker I am 19 years old; I am an enthusiastic and passionate care assistant with 2+ years' experience in supporting adults at risk, I started my careers in care when I was 16 as a care assistant and I am seeking to advance my Career by becoming a senior care assistant where I can utilise my caregivingand leadership skills, I am currently studying my NVQ level 3 and have nearly completed this. I am currently working 2 says a week in a burger van I would like to find a full-time work place preferably at Southend hospital as I feel I can learn a lot and grow in a fast-paced environment, I am able to start work as soon as possible

I have worked in a rehabilitation centre caring for patients with severe injuries and helped with rehabilitation, and I have worked in one residential dementia home and I have private cared for a lady in her home
