Observation of patients under the guidance and indirect supervision of qualified staff, reporting back any observations made whilst providing care to the wider team.

Ensuring patient comfort and addressing specific needs with empathy and compassion. Engaging with patients to alleviate feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Organising daily tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion, and support colleuages, seniors and nurses with other tasks.
