Over the past 40 years I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience. Although largely hospitality based, in the past 23 years, owning my own business has given me a wide range of transferable skills. I have a strong work ethic and I am keen to give my best to any task I undertake.
Some of my proudest achievements are transforming a once failing business into a thriving bar and brasserie and also seeing some of the people I trained becoming successful caterers in their own right. Outside of work I like to keep myself fit. I cycle and swim regularly.
I also volunteered at Morley Rugby Club for approximately 8 years and trained to be a Level 2 England Rugby Coach. It was a pleasure to grow our team from just 4 members to a team of 28 when I left. I am looking to start a new journey and become a valued member of your team.
