Setting up a passenger rail maintenance depot and last mile configuration between station and maintenance depot. Converting old DC freight locomotives to use new ABB traction motors.
I have implemented various management systems and obtained company certification within eight months for an integrated ISO 9000, 14000, 20000-1 and ISO 45000 management system.
I have managed projects such as FTTX and FTTH installations, backbone fibre between cities, BC data centres and Set up & Configured a Network Management center for a fibre backbone.
Project managed the installation of a billing platform for a network operate and the system implementation for mobile international roaming.
