Over eight years of experience designing, delivering, and coordinating learning programmes for diverse audiences. I began my career as a teacher and private tutor, creating engaging, data-driven lessons for learners from primary to A-Level. In recent years I have expanded into adult learning and organisational development—planning and scheduling training, mentoring colleagues, and integrating digital tools such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and other LMS platforms. I excel at managing learning logistics end-to-end, analysing participation data, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives meet strategic goals.
