I am a BACP registered counsellor with over 4000 hours of clinical experience with clients. Trained in both humanistic and psychodynamic models of therapy I am able to work with clients using both short term, goal focused approaches and longer term approaches working at psychological and emotional depth. The foundation of my clinical practice lies in building secure therapeutic relationships with clients establishing connection, trust and a real sense of safety to contain clients as they recover and grow.
