Sir Syro

I am an individual who learns fast and is determined to learn and contribute in a meaningful way to society and my employer. I demonstrate a hard working ethic and try my best to solve any problem that comes my way but I'm also wise and humble enough to ask questions, ask for help from people more experienced then when needed and know when I'm wrong.

Airbnb property assistant at Family member's Airbnb business (Present)

I have worked for a family member that runs airbnb's during weekend's and in the evening, this has led me to develop experience working in a professional environment that deals with cleaning, organising and maintaining a quality level experience for guests and customers, but also support for customers. My main purpose in the job was to have maintained the residence and restored it for suitable use for the next customer. I also have experience dealing with customers as many have issues, complaints, need help, have problems or are the problem, so then I step in.

This is because English is not my family's first language and so I would deal with the issue as I am more versed at speaking and communicating in English.

• Cleaning and organising properties
• Maintaining quality level experience for guests and customers
• Customer support and issue resolution
• Property maintenance and restoration
