I am an experienced retail Team Leader with distinction-level Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships completed at Superdrug. I have a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, lead teams, and manage busy customer-facing environments. Through my role, I have developed excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills, including back-office IT tasks, stock management, and coordinating daily operations.
