I am a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant with over 7 years of experience supporting elderly residents in care home settings. My career in care began in 2017, and since then I have built a strong reputation for reliability, patience, and delivering high-quality personal care. I am committed to promoting dignity, respect, and comfort for every person I support.
I spent four years working at Bliss Care Home (2017–2021), where I was proudly awarded Best Employee in recognition of my outstanding work ethic and the positive relationships I built with residents and colleagues. I then joined Maqui Elderly Care Home (2021–2025), gaining further experience in dementia care, mobility support, safeguarding, and daily living assistance.
I am confident in providing personal care, assisting with meals, supporting mobility using equipment safely, maintaining accurate records, and creating a warm and supportive environment. My approach is always kind, respectful, and centred on individual needs.
I work well in a team, communicate effectively with families and staff, and stay calm under pressure. I am passionate about improving the quality of life for those in my care and committed to upholding high standards of professionalism at all times.

I have completed essential training required for high-quality care work, including the Care Certificate, Manual Handling, Safeguarding Adults, and Basic Life Support/First Aid. These courses strengthened my understanding of safety, dignity, effective communication, and best practices when supporting vulnerable adults. My training has equipped me with the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide safe, person-centred care in residential and elderly care settings.
