I have worked with the public for 15 years. this has been across different settings indoors and outdoors caring for children. This has involved communicating with their parents/carers. In my current role I have helped organise events, including advertisements.
I have some computer skills as I need to complete my role but any thing new I am a very quick learner. Working with public so long I am very aware of confidentiality. I am very passionate about helping others, no matter someone’s background, everyone is equal and has the same rights to happiness.
In my own time I like to do different crafts and crochet different things for my daughter.
As stated above I have worked with the public for a long time. I have had experience with unhappy parents and had to de-escalate a situation and solving problems. From working in the environments I have been in I am very understanding of each individual persons problem and knowing that not everyone wants to hear the same thing. It is all about knowing your audience and how to speak with them but always keeping a professional manner.

I have a diploma in children and young people in the workforce.
I also have my NVQ level 2 playworker
Both of which I obtained at Bolton college
