Having worked in senior management roles in both Education and Health sectors, I am looking for a new challenge where I can make a difference, both to the business, their staff and the service users. I’m searching for a new role that utilises my past experiences and skills and suits my approachable, friendly personality.
Having worked in the past on a freelance basis, as a business owner and also in senior management roles, I have gained a plethora of skills, in particular around developing businesses and helping their staff to reach their potential and be able to positively contribute to their own role and their colleagues.
I have worked for charities, NGO’s, educational organisations, private businesses and the NHS, giving me a broad understanding of the differing needs of each.
Having gained the One Gloucestershire Management and Leadership qualification helped me gain an deeper understanding of the theory behind the practice of my work.
