Sophia Christopher

I am a confident and motivated college student with experience working in busy retail and hospitality environments. Through my work and volunteering experience, I have developed strong customer service skills and learned how to remain calm, helpful and professional in busy situations. My experience supporting adults with disabilities at Parity for Disability has strengthened my ability to communicate with people with different needs, show patience and treat everyone with respect and understanding.

I enjoy helping others and take pride in creating a positive and supportive environment. Having lived in Singapore before moving to the UK, I have become adaptable, open-minded and comfortable meeting people from different backgrounds. I balance college, work and volunteering responsibilities well, and I am keen to continue developing my skills.
