I am an intuitive, hardworking and organised individual with experience across many areas of the Marks and Spencer business. My experience in data management, insights, and reporting, through written analytical reports and in person presentations to explain data results does stand me in good stead to be a great all-rounder; I have, however, the drive, ability and dedication to specialise in the future.
I am highly-motivated and pride myself on my openness to learning and development. Always keen to learning new skills and knowledge and take on new challenges, I ensure I take time to assist and support my team and individual colleagues where needed.
Reporting into the head of Customer Insights in food, I am responsible for the continual engagement of more than 40,000 customers in the M&S online community, as well as working with key stakeholders within the business to provide qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis.
A-Levels in Biology, Physical Education, Information Technology and Finance.
