I have 6 year’s experience delivering small to large-scale events for US & EMEA markets. I am a reliable, conscientious and hard-working individual evidenced through; internal promotion, delivery of multiple events & projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment with challenging timescales, whilst managing various stakeholder relationships.
I have over 5 years experience in the information services industry, delivery conferences in the US for Pharma, Life Sciences, Construction & HR industries. This involved being the operational lead in project teams, responsible for end to end delivery of 2-3 events per month including international travel and onsite management. I was a senior member of the customer delivery team, managing 2 direct reports at event coordinator level, including training a wider team on delivery, developing new processes to improve team efficiency and sharing my knowledge.
My role included building relationships with all customer types; delegates, speakers and partner management, supplier management (RFP, sourcing, negotiating, contracting, working with venues, PCO, AV) and managing budgets from 60k - £1m, regular re-forecasting to influence business and growth decisions and provide a successful event experience for customers.
Over the past year, I have worked for a technology company that focuses on providing customer and employee experience solutions. I am currently working as the Event Marketing Manager for EMEA to deliver scalable live events across the region. I work closely with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to drive business growth & pipeline across EMEA.
I project lead on campaigns & event experiences for executive VIP clients, sponsored 3rd party activities & tradeshows and Qualtrics hosted events. This includes developing promotional strategy, driving registrations through customer & sales success kits, email & social channels and tracking campaign performance. As well as end to end logistical management, from negotiations for venue contracts, event activations, F&B, AV, travel arrangements, creative & branding, travel & onsite team management.

I enjoy my day to day role, however I am currently at risk of redundancy so looking to find a similar role where I can continue to expand my knowledge and skill set.
