Finished my level 3 diploma in advanced professional cookery, and looking for a trainee, commis chef or patisserie chef permanent full time job.
0 hours contract. Duties included mopping surfaces and salad preparation.
2020-2023 Avenue restaurant. The Avenue restaurant is attached to the catering department of Weymouth college. The restaurant is open to the general public, and provides lunches, evening meals, gala meals and buffets. All practical training for the course was given in the restaurant. Duties would include preparation of dishes, cooking dishes, serving the customers, and bartending.
