I am a hardworking and dedicated Individual with an extensive experience in high end hospitality, particularly wine service to a Michelin Star level. I am now studying towards a degree in international wine business with the dream of a future career in hospitality marketing.
I have worked across many of the best hotels in Sussex, a highlight was working as a sommelier at the Michelin star restaurant at Gravetye Manor. I currently work at Ockenden Manor where I am working on editing the wine and bar list to provide the best drink experience possible.
