After seven years in New Zealand, I have permanently moved to Cornwall to be closer to family. Throughout my career I have built experience across sales support, administration, tourism and customer service, progressing into positions of increasing responsibility through strong organisation, relationship management and a proactive approach.

One of my proudest career achievements was participating in a volunteer conservation project to successfully reintroduce endangered Pāteke ducks into the wild in Milford Sound, an experience that reflects my personal passion for conservation and volunteer projects.

Previously a Contact Centre Consultant, promoted into the sales team support International Sales within one of New Zealand’s leading tourism operators.

Key responsibilities included:

Supported Sales managers with trade sales growth through relationship management with travel agents and external accounts.

Coordinated partner onboarding, account administration, task prioritising, product training and sales support to all trade partners.

Assisted with inbox management, phone calls, creating monthly trade newsletters and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Produced reports, maintained CRM records and managed administrative processes for a large team.

Worked closely with internal Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to improve customer experience and support revenue growth.
