Hi i’m Sovena and new to this, I love to help, friendly, firm but fair and have a huge heart.

I am cool and calm under pressure, got a great sense of humour and can have banter with the best of people.

I was a business Administration for years doing a range of office jobs, then had children so worked in a school to work around my children. Then became a self employed beautician so a range of jobs. I’ve used forums and computers in everyday life and I’m computer literate.

Most relevant training was safe guarding and my beautician level 4
