I am a passionate and driven marine biologist seeking to begin my professional career having completed my academic studies, i have experience in a number of roles having volunteered as a research intern, an assistant education officer and community engagement volunteer for organisations such as Whale Safari Andenes, sea search, Beach guardian and The Wildlife Trust. I am ready to work in the field and continue developing my skillset in an environment that can nurture my passion, creativity, drive and need to learn, improve, grow and make my mark as a marine biiologist.
I have worked as an assistant education officer with the Wildlife trust, a community engagement officer with Beach guardian, have undertaken surveys with Newquay Marine group, Cornwall Seal Trust, Yorkshire seal group and am a BSAC ocean diver.
I took on a role as a research intern for a month in Northern Norway during my studies and during my academic career conducted independent studies in the impact of geomagnetic activity on cetacean navigation and a temporal analysis of temperature and salinity fluctuations at environmentally significant features along the Atlantic Mid ocean ridge.
