I am an outgoing person, I love to meet up with my family and friends regularly. I love going to the gym, I recently took up a ladies weight training class to improve my fitness and have I recently got into running. I am trying to train myself to be able to take part in a 10k race.
I love to go on holiday, I like to explore other parts of the world and I am also a big foodie fan. This year alone I have been on 5 holidays. I love to cook and create my own dishes regularly. If I put some music on I can cook away, it is my own version of meditation.

I am a people manager, I manage a team of 14 partners within a busy and challenging customer focused organisation. I work closely with our operational leadership team to deliver operational success and work daily with key stakeholders managing day to day operations.
I support my team and department create real influence over our working lives. Supporting them through regular 1-2-1 catch ups, helping them understand the contribution they make to business. I support my team setting goals and support them to achieve them.
