I am a people-person at heart. After more than 25 years building trusted relationships in professional environments, I took voluntary redundancy and made a deliberate choice to focus on work that puts people first. I am calm, dependable and genuinely caring — someone who listens, shows up consistently and takes pride in making others feel valued and supported.
I am currently training as an Approved Driving Instructor, and in the meantime I am looking for flexible work where I can make a real difference to the people around me.
25 years in tech — same company, every rung of the ladder. From customer support to Senior Product Manager, I built a career around delivering complex projects and keeping clients happy across some of the world's biggest airlines and rail networks. I know how to get things done, manage people and make organisations run smoothly. I left on my own terms and I'm ready for what's next.
Postgraduate Distinction in Computer Science from Glasgow Caledonian, and an MA in History from Edinburgh. Currently training as an Approved Driving Instructor.
